By the labour psychology service, Profile Scan Human Resources will help you develop your activities in a legal context.
According to the demands of the Order of the Health and Family Board no. 933 from the 25th of November 2002 and that of the Labour and Social Solidarity Board no. 508 from the 20th of November 2002, as well as according to the General Norms of Labour Protection and the Labour Protection Law republished in MO no. 47 from the 29th of January 2001, every employee is constrained to hire only people who, after the medical control and the evaluation of their psycho-professional skills, comply with the work tasks which they are going to fulfil (18th art., line 1, letter k of the Labour Protection Law no. 90/2001 and 11th art., line 1, letter q of the General Norms of Labour Protection).
Our services in labour psychology:
- psychological exam for professions such as: engineer, teacher, accountant, etc.
- psychological exam at employment and re-employment (for professions that involve risks, according to the General Norms of Labour Protection: working at (high) altitudes, noise, toxic environment, neuro-psychical stress, driving service car type B license, decisional positions, etc.);
- periodic psychological exam, annual, twice a year, once in two or three years;
- psychological exam at activity restart;
- psychological exam at admission in university educational institutions.
